Staff
Terence King
Owner/Director of Operations
Terence King brings over 16 years of experience in event production and operations management across diverse roles with a deep passion for uniting people through live events. His journey began with organizing his inaugural car show in 2008, followed by a four-year tenure in the event rental industry, where he gained extensive knowledge on everything from tents to catering equipment. Terence then ventured into touring as a production and tour manager, overseeing 92 dates in two years with renowned artists like Curren$y, Method Man, and Big Krit.
Returning to his roots in New Orleans, Terence joined Signature DMC (now Access DMC) in the Destination Management Industry before establishing his own firm, the TAK Group, in 2019. Specializing in strategic live event management, Terence has orchestrated notable festivals including the National Fried Chicken Festival (2019-2023), Celebrez en Rose Festival Tour (2021, 2022, 2023), Top Taco Festival (2018-2023), Magazine St Blues Festival, and numerous custom car shows across Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia.
Terence's impressive career highlights also encompass integral roles at major events such as the Essence Music Festival (2013-2024), French Quarter Festival, and the Super Bowl XLVII Media Party. Currently serving as Owner and Director of Event Operations at the TAK Group in New Orleans, Terence is a recent graduate of the Shell LiveWIRE Louisiana 2024 Cohort and holds a position on the Executive Leadership Team for the 2024 American Heart Association Heart Walk.
LeBron Joseph
Operations Manager
LeBron Joseph brings years of experience into the event production and operations space. His journey began in 2018 when he first joined the TAK Group, (later established in 2019)
co-producing numerous car shows nationwide. He continued to sharpen his event production skills by curating and producing his own event entitled “KING’S NIGHT.” This series of events featured visual, performing, and culinary artists along with merchandise from LeBron’s clothing company ELEV8N Brand.
In 2020 “The Trombone Kingdom” was born. This trombone workshop, produced and powered by LeBron, teaches kids and adults of all ages how to play the trombone. When LeBron isn’t producing events he spends his time performing on stages worldwide as KING BRONZE.
King Bronze was birthed in 2015 on the campus of Southern University & A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA during LeBron’s sophomore year. He has opened up and performed for a vast amount of A&B-list artists including Future, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Ceelo Green, Grace Jones, Damien Marley, O.T Genasis, Master P & Lil Romeo to name a few. He also travels and performs nationally all across the USA, and internationally to places like Canada, Curacao, and France.
He’s currently sharpening his knowledge in music and performance by studying at The Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. With a major in Music Performance & Technology.
LeBron’s operations and event production career continues as he has had the privilege to take on roles with an enormous amount of major festivals such as: the National Fried Chicken Festival, Celebrez en Rose Festival Tour, Top Taco Festival, the Essence Music Festival, the Jazz Fest, French Quarter Festival, the Cinco De Mayo Festival, and the Super Bowl XLVII Media Party.
He is now serving as the Operations Assistant for the TAK Group in his hometown New Orleans, LA where he plans to continue his quest in event production, taking on each event with great spirit and passion.
Tiffany Williams
Internal Operations and Project Manager
Tiffany Williams is a dynamic communications expert with a robust background in media, public relations, and project management. She graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, laying the foundation for her successful career in the industry. Building on this knowledge, Tiffany furthered her education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
With over a decade of experience, Tiffany has established herself as a prominent figure in the media landscape. She has served as the Promotions Director for Cumulus Media New Orleans, where she honed her skills in strategic communication and audience engagement. Additionally, her role as a Communication Specialist for The City of New Orleans allowed her to contribute to important civic projects, fostering community connections and enhancing public outreach. As a member of the esteemed Recording Academy, Tiffany has also made her mark in the music industry by booking talent for the Gentilly Festival for over five years. She also has assisted several New Orleans based artists such as Water Seed and Hasizzle in their marketing and communication efforts. Her diverse skill set extends to photography, allowing her to capture memorable moments at various events.
Furthermore, Tiffany's extensive event management experience encompasses hospitality management and food and beverage operations, making her a well-rounded professional capable of executing successful gatherings. She continues to leverage her expertise and passion for communication, consistently seeking new opportunities to innovate and inspire in the ever-evolving world of media and events.
